Sumner County Schools uses an online application. All applicants must complete an application online and then apply for an open position in order to be considered.

The first time that you visit our online application system, you will need to create an account with a username and password. You must remember these in order to access your account in the future. For security reasons, Sumner County Schools will not be able to provide applicants with lost usernames or passwords and we will not be able to reset your account.

Effective January 1, 2017, Sumner County Board of Education (SCBOE) participates in E-Verify.  E-Verify is an internet-based system that compares information from an applicant’s Form I-9 to data from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration records to confirm employment eligibility.
